Where is my order?
Sign in, open Account, and view My Orders. Carrier or Uber Direct tracking appears when available.
How are delivery and shipping fees calculated?
Local Delivery uses the delivery address and Uber Direct. Shipped products use the package details and eligible carrier rates through EasyPost. Every charge is shown before payment.
Can I return a product?
Return eligibility is shown on each product before it is added to the cart. Perishable and final-sale products may not be returnable.
I have a payment or account problem.
Do not send card numbers or passwords. Contact support with your name, account email, and order number.
